So I love Sailor Moon and Captain America...so here they are put together! I present to you Sailor America! This is a costume i've made for myself and I have yet to debut it in the cosplay/convention scene.
I've also made a bow tie for hair (you can kind of see it on the back of the neck), and I also added a gem on the red bow, just don't have a picture of it.
